Supervision
When offering construction supervision services, our aim is to guarantee, among other things, the following:
- Compliance of works with approved drawings, specifications, and guidelines.
- Timely completion and handover in line with the agreed work program/implementation schedule.
- Monitoring of the construction process to ensure adherence to the approved budget.
Geotechnical Engineering Assessment
- Conduct thorough inspections (including sampling, checks, and testing) of all materials and workmanship to verify conformity with approved drawings and specifications. Report and oversee the remediation of any defects or deficiencies, including the results of quality control tests.
- Supervise all personnel onsite to ensure adherence to the prescribed safety and environmental policies/programs in place.
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in line with established guidelines and policies to minimize disruptions to the public in affected areas.
- Gather data on daily labor and equipment usage.
- Provide recommendations to the client regarding any modifications to approved drawings, specifications, and/or work program/ implementation schedule that could benefit the client or the project.
Foundation Analysis And Design
- Monitor, oversee, and provide progress reports on all activities at agreed intervals. Interface with relevant authorities and government agencies as needed.
- Coordinate the efforts of all contractors and other involved parties operating in the same vicinity or area.
- Report on critical issues and causes of any delays, suggesting remedial or mitigating actions.
- Evaluate contractors’ requests for time extensions and offer recommendations to the client.
- Advise the client on any requirements for changes, including potential additional costs.
- Validate and confirm quantities of completed work for payment certification purposes.
- Issue Take-Over Certificates and Certificates of Completion and Compliance.
- Compile lists of defective or outstanding work items, ensuring their completion within agreed timelines.
- Review the final account prepared by contractors before client certification.
